We have some amazing local practitioners coming to share their skills and experience to help us learn to chill-out, de-stress, and take a step on the way to spiritual nirvana.
Most of the sessions run at ‘The Den’ in Stubbins, but we also have sessions running elsewhere. For other stuff we can point you in the direction of some of our friends such as Evolving Fitness, The Chakra Rooms and more.
