The Homewise Memory Matters Project is funded through the CCG and covers East Lancashire.  They regularly assess people that live in Rossendale and surrounding areas in order to adapt homes and put in place good support networks for carers and cared for.

Homewise is a non profit making organisation that offers free advice and support to help people living with Dementia stay safe in their home.

Homewise seek to encourage, promote and support the concept of independent living enhancing and promoting confidence, security and safety which will improve the quality of life for our community. Homewise will work together in partnership with other organisations to enable this mission statement to be realised.

As a charitable organisation, Homewise seeks to serve the whole community by providing a comprehensive, impartial help and advice service on all aspects of home improvements, adaptations, repairs and maintenance.
