Holme Manor is a 30 bed care home set in the wonderful Lancashire hills and in a very tranquil setting within easy access to Rawtenstall, the motorway and surrounding areas.

We offer residential and dementia care for up to 30 residents and also day care is available 7 days a week.  In every instance the care provided is bespoke and tailored to ensure that every persons needs are individually met with the highest standards possible.  Holme Manor is not a typical care home residents receive a full range of care and support, including respite care, convalescent care, long-term care, trial stays and day care.

Our residential care focuses on maintaining lifestyle choices and empowering people to enjoy life to the full.  Although many people are staying at home longer within our setting residents are able to sustain and build new friendships and relationships both within and outside of the home. This again enables residents to continue hobbies and pastimes they have had.

At Holme Manor we are delighted to offer respite and day care. This offers bespoke personalised care to meet the needs of the person with dementia in a friendly, stimulating and safe environment.  Our day care is offered 7 days a week allowing carers or family members to have a little me time. The times can be managed to suit your needs including breakfast, dinner and tea options.

At Holme Manor we understand that dementia affects people in different ways, meaning every resident’s needs are unique. Our building allows residents freedom to move around the home but also be in a friendly, stimulating and safe environment. Our specialist dementia care is designed specifically to enhance the quality of life of our residents. Our staff provide exceptional care along with unique dementia care knowledge, meaning that every individual will receive the personalised level of care and support they require. Also as their needs change plans will change accordingly along with support.
