Kate’s car park classes is now a thing… whilst we await the OK for indoor group exercising for the mass population. From Mon 29 March – Mon 17 May evening group exercise classes will take place outdoors, in the car park outside of the studio at Station 22 in Waterfoot. All classes delivered are in-line with Covid guidelines… and bring the same high energy vibes and endorphin highs as they do in the studio!
This full-body workout will change up each week, the style of training and equipment used. All major muscle groups will get a blasting with a mix of strength, cardio and core. A workout to get you ready and raring for the week ahead (strong body, strong mind) and sweat out those weekend sins!
In all my classes it’s a friendly, welcoming and supportive vibe… everyone working out at their own pace, different levels and abilities… no pressure, no stress… only support!
Open to men and women (aged 16+).
