Hooperobics is a hoop class that combines the hula hoop with aerobic style moves to give you a super all over body workout, whilst having fun!
If you want to get fit, have fun and feel fabulous then this is your fitness class! Get ready to burn some calories and tone those abs and have lots of laughs. In class you can expect to meet a friendly bunch of folks, listen to good tunes whilst doing the good old grapevine, box steps, speed hooping and hoop circuits and more!
This adult hula hooping class requires no hoop experience. Whatever your age you are welcome. We have students aged from 20-65 attending Hooperobics. You are never too old to hoop!
